The Fairview Ruritan Club provides Galax and Hillsville, VA community service and volunteer opportunities and help with Virginia community service projects as a community service organization. Galax and Hillsville, Virginia bluegrass music is heard at bluegrass festivals held by the Fairview Ruritan Club. We feature Independence, VA bluegrass gospel and blue grass music during our Galax Fiddlers Convention at our Virginia Ruritan Club.
